Have fitness goals? Looking to shed weight, reduce pain or discomfort, gain strength, or make lifestyle changes? I will coach you to make transformative shifts within your body and mind. Let’s get after it!
Step 1 IDENTIFY: We'll start by having a conversation where you share your goals and challenges. You’ll share what you have done in the past to help you achieve goals and overcome challenges. You share what worked, what did not work, and why it didn’t work.
Step 2 CONSULT: This is where we dive further into the ROOT of the issue and PLAN to eliminate it. We understand the problem on a deeperlevel.
Step 3 ASSESSMENT: I'll assess your entire body, considering things like flexibility, mobility, strength balance, endurance, and current fitness level. I'll also evaluate how you handle stress and assess your nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle choices. I'll review the assessment results with you and explain what we'll be working on and why. We'll discuss how to fit the program into your schedule and consider any other factors that may impact your success.
If you are unable to attend in-person or do not desire to work in-person, this assessment can be done remotely using the TRUE COACH app or via ZOOM, with clear instructions from me.
Step 4 EXECUTION: We work together. You receive coaching, mentoring, and exercises to help you feel, exercises, and move more confidently.
If we're meeting in person, you'll receive a personalized 1-on-1 program where I'll coach you weekly during our prescribed sessions.
If we're doing remote programming, you'll get a customized 1-on-1 program through a convenient app. It'll feel like I'm right there with you, as you can film yourself for feedback or take notes on the exercises. Your feedback, videos, and progress will help me plan your weekly advancements.
Step 5 Liberation & Freedom: You feel confident and are able to independently to maintain your goals. You become the person who never needed to work with me in the first place
You are never alone on this jouney! You can contact me via WhatsApp messenger or communicate with me video chat outside of sessions. Monthly scheduled talks make sure you are progressing as fast as possible and for me to understand where you are currently at in terms to your goals and challenges, as well as what else is going on in your life that needs to be considered.
3 month commitment for remote programming and in-person training
