Being more conscious of my breath. When you mentioned that some people pull in their stomachs when they breathe- I thought why would anyone do that!? Then when I was hiking I realized that I WAS DOING THAT! I never would have noticed that before and once I put more effort into breathing properly, I found I had more stamina during the hikes. Breathwork training with Christina has helped me in numerous ways. Initially, I was struggling with feelings of anxiety and suffered from disordered thinking. After practicing in just a few short weeks my breathing has vastly improved, and my energy levels are noticeably higher. I have achieved clarity of focus and can concentrate for longer durations without being distracted. My stress levels have decreased significantly during this time. Working with Christina was a blast! What makes Christina so special to work with is her approach to balance & alignment. Most other trainers I’ve worked with neglect this which can result in injury. I loved how my body felt physically after working out with Christina. Because of the way we warm up for workouts, I felt more energized versus experiencing fatigue and burnout afterwards.
