1:1 Intro to Breathwork
Up to 90 mins Learn proper breathing mechanics, exercises, and a breathwork meditation to enhance stress relief, healing, or pain management. You will learn your Breathing IQ score!
1:1 Transformative Breathwork Coaching
Up to 60 mins ea: After you complete Intro to Breathwork, you have the option to complete a single session or commit to 90 days of programming and mentoring designed for your specific needs and interests! We can go more spiritual with energy and sound healing, stick to the science, or do a combo of both!
Kundalini Yoga
Up to 60 mins: Kundalini yoga is the mother of all yogas! It is heavily focus on the breath and designed for you to utilize your body’s innate power for healing, chakra clearing, and inner wisdom. I will lead you through a warm-up, kriya, deep relaxation, and guided meditation.
At my sessions, I help you improve the way you breathe, build your endurance, and decrease anxiety and stress. This is done by strengthening your breathing muscles, teaching you the right technique, and reducing anxiety and stress levels.
1:1 INTRO TO BREATHWORK

Step 1 IDENTIFY: Let's talk about your goals, struggles, and what you've tried in the past to improve your breathing, daily endurance, or struggles. Share what you hope to achieve through breathwork.
Step 2 CONSULT: You’ll complete a survey describing physical and emotional symptoms. This is where we dive further into the ROOT of the issue and PLAN to eliminate it.
Step 3 ASSESSMENT: I'll assess your current breathing with a Breathing IQ test. This will measure how well your lungs function and your breathing style. I'll also check your posture and discuss lifestyle factors like sleep, stress management, and nutrition. We'll review the results of the breathing test and discuss what we'll focus on and why. We'll also discuss how to fit it into your daily routine and consider other factors that contribute to success.
Step 4 EXECUTION & MEDITATION : You’ll learn proper breathing mechanics, exercises, and a meditation on the spot! You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, less stressed, less anxious, and amazed by the power of your breath.

If we choose to work together this is what happens next:
After your intro session, let's discuss your future goals, challenges, and previous attempts to improve your overall breathing and nervous system. Whether you are experiencing difficulty breathing, or just want to improve your mechanics- or anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, PTSD, or depression, please share what you aspire to achieve by working together. This is where we dive further into the ROOT of the issue and PLAN to eliminate it.
We can go spiritual, science, or a combo of both!
Based on the Breathing IQ, I'll create a personalized breathing plan consisting of exercises and movements to strengthen your core and breathing muscles for you to practice regularly. These may be adjusted on a weekly basis based on progress and needs. Note: If you choose an individual session, you will not receive weekly progress monitoring but you can incorporate what you learned into your daily life :)
You are never alone on this jouney! You can contact me outside of sessions if you signed up for a package.
The goal is to get you to Liberation & Freedom: You feel confident and are able to independently apply the tools and strategies you learned. You feel in control of your breathing. You become the person who never needed to work with me in the first place :)
Remote Programming: You'll get instructional videos and audios for breathing exercises and meditations. Film yourself for feedback or take notes. Monthly meetings to discuss progress.
Live Virtual Session: 1, 3, 5, or 10 live sessions (once a week). Option to receive instructional videos and audios to practice on your own.
In-Person Sessions: 1, 3, 5, or 10 sessions (once a week). Option to receive instructional videos and audios to practice on your own for an additional fee if you are not enrolled in a program with a weekly commitment.
I can support you in finding a path to healing and inner strength to conquer anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and continuous stress through the breath. My sessions provide simple methods to effectively take back your life.
